A lengthy journey calls for rest, so kick back and relax with a sumptuous spot in front of the television in the sitting room, where you can gaze through the window at the Lake District hills and the estuary, with its ever changing tides to spot your favourite species of bird. Arnside is a charming village positioned within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by low limestone hills, marshy plains, and deciduous woodlands. Many of the villages old features have been maintained, with its beautiful pier and port area offering a lasting reminder of Arnsides illustrious history. The village offers a handful of amenities, including pubs and shops, and there is a network of wonderful woodland walks available through the surrounding countryside.

Note: This property now has double glazed windows but due to the age of the apartment building some windows are low, the higher windows can be opened fully and the lower windows do have child guards to prevent full opening but we would always recommend that children are supervised around lower windows.
Note: This property can accept infants but guests would need to bring travel cot, stair gate, high chair etc, The lower entrance hall is large enough to accommodate buggys or children's scooters.

Beautiful views over the Kent Estuary from flat. Warm, spacious, homely. V clean and organised by owners. Local pubs. Great journey Arnside to Grange by train. Community equipment scheme at Arnside station, able to hire electric bikes. We borrowed a mobility scooter for a donation. Fantastic idea, waysaroundthebay.org.

All rooms beautifully presented. Great views across the estuary.We wouldn't choose to stay anywhere else in Arnside. Easy to walk to the station so using public transport is no problem.
