Ideal for couples, this beautifully finished, converted farmhouse is nestled near the quaint villages of Tatham and Wray, near the town of Lancaster, Lancashire. This cottage is perfectly located for lovely walks and strolls on one of the many footpaths conveniently located on the doorstep, and is a great blend of traditional and contemporary, decorated to an excellent standard and includes underfloor heating. Entering into the property, you will find a cosy, well appointed kitchen and dining area to the left, featuring fresh white kitchen units with an electric oven, halogen hobs,a fridge with a freezer compartment, and stylish dining seating for two. The sitting room is decorated to an excellent standard, complete with an armchair and a two-seater sofa to sink into, a coffee table and a TV which includes amazon fire stick for streaming for all your evening entertainment during a cosy night in. Climbing up the stairs to the first floor is a king-size bedroom, fit for a good night's rest, with cosy wooden-style furnishings including bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dressing table and chairs, as well as fabulous garden and open-field views to wake up to. There is an obvious and beautiful attention to detail in how the owners present and maintain the cottage, we really appreciated this aspect- top marks!!! Superb shower, the best I've used. Very welcoming hosts. It is in a very quiet restful location, excellent for the western areas of the Yorkshire Dales, the Forest of Bowland and the southern parts of the Lake District.
