The Hot tub was the main reason we booked, after a bit of jiggling round the outdoor furniture, for privacy, we felt private but could look out onto the lake at the side of the property. The access drive you can see, is just to your property, so no one is passing by. It was a peaceful location, you need a car really, but if you are into walking, not too far into Garstang. Highly recommend, perfect for couples, would stay every month if we could afford it, was perfect, canât wait to go again!!

Very private and hot tub was tucked away so no one could see when you took the lid off. Very comfy bed and sofa! Very spacious. There is Bluetooth speaker built into the ceiling which we didnât discover until our last night but was amazing when we found it.
