Guests generally appreciate the holiday rental for its prime location, comfortable amenities, and additional features like a hot tub and pool table. The property offers a welcoming atmosphere with a thoughtful touch of a welcome pack, contributing to a pleasant stay. While most reviews are positive, highlighting the property's convenience and cleanliness, a few guests have noted issues with maintenance and cleanliness that impacted their experience.
Most guests found the property clean and tidy, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there were a few instances where guests reported cleanliness issues, such as dirty kitchen cupboards and the presence of dog waste in the garden upon arrival. These incidents seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The property's location is highly praised for its proximity to shops, the beach, and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Guests appreciate the convenience of being able to walk to local attractions and the ease of accessing nearby towns.
Guests consistently mention the comfortable beds and the cosy atmosphere of the property. The presence of a well-equipped kitchen and multiple living spaces adds to the overall comfort. However, the lack of curtains in some bedrooms was a discomfort for some guests.
The property boasts a range of facilities including a hot tub, pool table, and arcade machine, which are frequently highlighted as highlights of the stay. Despite these positives, there were reports of maintenance issues, such as water leakage and hot tub problems, which slightly detract from the overall score.
While many guests have positively mentioned the welcome pack and the owner's proactive communication, there is insufficient information to determine if such thoughtfulness is consistent across all stays. As gifts are not guaranteed, they cannot be factored into the score.

Paul the hoast was brilliant and assisted when needed. Great property for families, like a home from home.

When we arrived it was nice to see the small welcome pack. It was good to get a cuppa. The house probably had more than we expected. 2 large tvs, comfy furniture and clean rooms. The conservatory was nice to sit in and the garden with seats, pool table and hot tub was great (although it was a bit chilly for us to use the hot tub) The house is within short walking distance of shops, takeaways, the beach and the tram if you are going into Blackpool. We really enjoyed our long weekend here and would definitely come back if I was in the area. I would also say that - Paul (the owner) is really good to speak and deal with

The house is lovely and had everything we needed. My son particularly enjoyed the arcade machine and the hot tub and used it everyday day. Beds were super comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again soon. Thank you
