Guests say

Knotts Rest is consistently praised for its tranquil setting, high-quality interiors, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests appreciate the peaceful location, luxurious bedroom and bathroom, and the thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. The presence of friendly chickens and the beautiful views add to the charm of this cottage, making it a highly recommended retreat for a relaxing holiday.

Reviewers consistently mention the property's spotless condition, indicating a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the cottage.

The property is celebrated for its peaceful and remote setting, offering stunning views and tranquillity. However, a few guests noted the challenge of the access road, slightly impacting the score.

Guests frequently commend the comfort of the cottage, particularly the large, comfortable bed and the spacious upstairs area. The cosy and quiet environment contributes to the overall comfort.

The facilities are generally regarded as first-class, with a well-maintained property and thoughtful amenities. A few minor comments about the downstairs area being cramped and the intermittent signal for television and wifi slightly lower the score.

Many reviews express gratitude for the welcome pack and other considerate provisions. While these gifts are highly appreciated, it's important to note that such offerings, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Perfect for escaping the noise of everyday life and relaxing. Amazing views, and we were fortunate with the weather. We would love to return in the future for another little adventure, visiting the surrounding country side and towns.

The only noise you can hear are the birds singing and the sheep. Thank you again for your welcome pack and the eggs are delicious. Hope to return again.
