Two bedroom property with a king size bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom with 2 single beds.  A put up bed can accommodate a 5th person, this is located in a very small room off the king size room (no window).

A stunning two bedroom cottage, with underfloor heating, looking across towards the moors of the Peak District. With exposed beams and stonework retaining much of the original character, this cottage is truly a delight.

The entrance to the cottage is a porch area adjacent to a downstairs wet room with walk in shower. The porch opens through to the large comfortable sitting room with an open staircase and stunning views from each of it's four windows. This beautiful room is furnished with large comfy armchairs and a sofa and an oak coffee table as well as a newly installed log burner.

Steps from the sitting room lead up to the focus of this lovely cottage, a large well equipped dining kitchen with a flagstone floor. Fully equipped, the kitchen area includes dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob finished off with a large oak dining table.

Upstairs, there are two delightful bedrooms, one family room with a king size bed that leads to a very small single room (no window). The other bedroom is a twin with two single beds, all enjoy luxury feather bedding and 100% cotton bed linen.

Another bathroom completes the rooms upstairs with shower over bath, with luxury toiletries and big white fluffy towels. This bathroom can only be described as quirky with exposed beams an interesting added feature!

Parking for this cottage is right next to this property.

This cottage opens out onto the garden area with plenty of seating areas to choose from as well as a spacious meadow area. There is a great selection of country pubs/ restaurants a short drive away. Information on these together with attractions and activities in the local area are all provided in the cottage. If you're looking for an outdoor break, you've found the right place - in addition to endless walking and cycle trails there are lots of activities nearby which range from Horseriding to high ropes courses.

We welcome well behaved dogs, there is a £30 charge per pet (maximum of 2 per cottage). Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or upstairs. They must not be let out unattended and need to be kept under control at all times whilst outdoors.

Prices in this cottage range from £580 to £895 for week breaks, £420 - £695 for weekend breaks (2 nights Friday to Sunday or 3 nights Friday to Monday) and £420 - £605 for midweek breaks (Monday to Friday).
