This attractive dormer bungalow rests in idyllic countryside settings in the village of Youlgrave, at the heart of the Peak District National Park. Perfectly equipped for a family getaway filled with outdoor adventure, Rozel has been delightfully renovated with a light and airy feel throughout. Upon entering this stylish dwelling, you will be welcomed into the large kitchen/diner, fitted with a whole host of integrated appliances so you can cook up a feast, plus a large dining table where everyone can gather to refuel themselves after a day of outdoor activity, encompassed by the thoughtful décor of a countryside theme, this area is sure to remind you of your tranquil settings. Sit back in the spacious sitting room for an evening of relaxation, making use of the flat screen Smart TV and blue ray player or catch up on your favourite TV programmes record on the Freesat recorder, or simply appreciating the picturesque rolling hills from the fully extended windows whilst lounging in one of the room’s impressive sofa's settled amongst the feature woodburning stove. At the rear there is also a sunny conservatory if you fancy a quieter spot to read or reflect upon the holiday. With the Peak District National Park on the doorstep, stately homes including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall are also worth a day out.

    this holiday home is one of the best we have stayed in, very quiet ( apart from the wonderful church bells on Sundays) very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and well situated. We found the small labels useful! It's the first property we've rented, with any company, where there was no welcome pack, other than a few sachets for hot drinks. Some guests had received packs, including friends of ours who stayed in 2023. If no longer provided, we suggest that is stated on the spec for the property so guest know. That said, we would like to return - we had the relaxing, hassle free week we were in need of. Thank you:)

    True to description. Spotlessly clean in a lovely location , close to several pubs & shops. Lots of internal and external space . So much to do in the local area . Only downside for us , is that the third bedroom is bunk beds , although strong and a decent size , not ideal for our family with young adults . Also smoke alarm was very sensitive, kept going off when we tried to cook breakfast for our family. Information and support given was good through Sykes , we would have liked the option of a late checkout . Checking in at 4PM & having to leave at 10 AM , means you don’t really get a full day .
