Mr Theobald
We had a great family stay here, mix of generations. The house was comfortable and perfectly located for what we wanted. Unlimited walks on your door step, and pubs and shops just a short distance away.
Mrs Turner
A truly wonderful, quirky place to stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely welcome pack which we really appreciated. For winter stays, it is so cosy and warm, perfect after a day of walking. It’s very dog friendly as the garden is fully enclosed and the floors are all wipeable! There are good walks straight from the property which can include a number of pubs for refreshment stops!
Mr Ruscoe
The cottage owner Jeremy was so welcoming and made us feel immediately at home. We enjoyed our conversations with him during the week as he looked after his stabled horses nearby. The cottage is situated in the lovely quiet village of Elton with easy access to many of the 'headlines' tourist areas and attractions in Derbyshire. We were a party of four, however, the property is ideal for much lager families or groups. Thank you once again for a great weeks holiday Jeremy!
