This well-presented, ground floor flat rests in the delightful Peak District town of Buxton, excellently positioned adjacent to the 18th century Devonshire Dome and The Pavilion Gardens, just a few minutes’ walk into the town. With a beautiful setup of bright and airy spaces combined with thoughtful attention to detail, this charming retreat is perfect for couples seeking a quality break in a wonderful region of England. Park your car in the designated off-road space to the rear of the property and amble down the pathway to the accommodation. Step through the communal hallway and into a lovely interior made up of a spacious open-plan living room, a nicely appointed shower room with walk-in shower, along with a king-size double room providing ample storage units and a large bay window overlooking the trees. Fully relax and unwind into your stay with the help of the accommodating lounge area, complete with a plush, neutrally-coloured sofa and two armchairs to spread yourselves out on. The dining table opens out to fit more chairs under, should you need to and the kitchen is appointed with modern appliances and composite worktops, getting you through your holiday break in style; laminate-wood floors finish the interior in a quality fashion. Visit some of the town's finest attractions, with The Pavilion Gardens, The Square and The Opera House available, amongst many others, and sample some of the pubs and restaurants along the way. Described as the gateway to the Peak District National Park, this lovely spa town is a fine spot to base your holiday if you love being outdoors. Many walking opportunities are close by, with picturesque scenes of rugged cliffs, rambling valleys and babbling rivers to behold. This heartfelt getaway is to be enjoyed the year-round.
Buxton is known for its magnificent Crescent, The Great Stable, Hall Bank, The Square, The Pavilion Gardens and The Opera House. There is walking close by with rugged peaks to the north and gentle hills and dales to the south and a number of towns and villages are dotted throughout including Bakewell, Ashford-in-the-Water, Castleton and Edale. The properties of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are within easy driving distance and must be seen while visiting this area.
