Good base for visiting areas around and very warm and cosy to come back to.

It was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Beds are very comfy, which is what you need after a day of adventures. It is central to so many places to see, furthest we traveled was 40mins within the Peak District. Would definitely stay again.

Could do with directions changing to say ' coming from Buxton, the property is 500 yards before the cafe. That or a larger sign.
