Ideal for holiday by the sea it is a short walk to the beach and the undercliff walk along which you can take a healthy walk. Brighton & Hove is only 5 miles away and if you don't want to drive there are plenty of buses you can take which run along the coast road, buses can also be caught going the other way to Eastbourne. Saltdean has a selection of shops, pub and cafes nearby. The South Downs National Park which is 140 kilometres long from Winchester toEastbourne can be accessed from the back of Saltdean. Bedroom3: Upstairs to bedroom 3 with 2 single beds, 1 bedside table and chest of drawers. Wooden flooring with rugs.
Bathroom: With a bath, wc, hand basin and separate shower, fully tiled. Off the bathroom is a dressing room with hanging space.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Garden: To front and back with paved patio and mature flower beds. Outside settee with table.
Parking: Space for 1 car off road + free on street parking
Pets: Not accepted
Notes: The bungalow is on 3 levels with steps so may not be suitable for people with less mobility and small children. £200 security deposit to be paid with balance
