Guests say

Yew Tree Farm is highly praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and welcoming touches such as a generous hamper and fresh flowers. The property boasts a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a hot tub, making it ideal for large groups and family gatherings. The presence of a farm and a local pub adds to the charm, although attention to maintenance details and pet compatibility is advised.

Guests consistently noted the property as spotless and well-maintained, with only a single mention of dishes not being tidied away, which appears to be an isolated incident.

The property's location is appreciated for its proximity to a pub and play area, with the added bonus of a farm to visit. The rural setting in Oxfordshire is implied to be pleasant, though specific details on accessibility and convenience are limited.

The property is described as warm and comfortable, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. However, a damp smell in the master bedroom and the need for more twin beds have been noted.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the kitchen and hot tub. However, there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as a broken dishwasher rack, a faulty sink, and a need for additional bathrooms, which suggests room for improvement.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of welcome gifts such as hampers, Easter eggs, and fresh flowers. It should be noted that while these gestures are appreciated, they may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Clean bathrooms with toiletries. A great kitchen area with everything that we needed. The main dining room is a really lovely space but there is a short walk between this room and the kitchen. A minor point but it would have been nice to know from the listing that someone would be staying in the annex whilst we were using the property.

Rooms were lovely, lots of space and the home was well equipped for us. We had fun playing games in the garden. Thank you

Booked for a 70th birthday celebration. Plenty of space in the house and gardens for 11 adults, 3 children and a baby! Perfect to either stay at home or travel to local attractions. Play park for the children only a couple of minutes down the road. They also enjoyed feeding the farm animals. Thank you Sharon! Only negatives were that the garden furniture was a bit 'tired' although we managed to get enough chairs together to eat outside. And there were no instructions for the hot tub, which was quite hot as we had really hot days when we were there.
