We loved drinking our early morning tea sitting in the bedroom overlooking the garden through the large picture window. It’s a great location close to the lovely shops and restaurants of quaint Rye, the coast and historic National Trust properties. Parking is just outside, accommodation is well equipped and Amanda and Andrew are generous and kind hosts.
