Cruise down the long private driveway and park up. As you approach the gate, you may see a pond with ducks floating. Being situated on a working farm means you may see other cheerful animals such as chickens and lambs. Enter through a private gate into the garden with lovely open countryside views. Through the French doors, you will be welcomed by a living/dining room featuring a Smart TV, a dining table set for four, and a warming open fire, perfect for those cooler evenings. A sofa bed provides sleeping space for a fourth guest if required. Fuel up for the day in the kitchen/diner, with ample amenities to prepare a hearty breakfast to enjoy at the additional dining table set near the window, with more lovely views. When the sun sets, you will be greeted by two inviting bedrooms; a double boasting hanging space and large windows framing the stunning countryside views, and a compact single room. Freshen up in the sleek shower room, equipped with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Head back to the sitting room and crack open the French doors to let in the fresh country air, or step out into the garden to soak up the East Sussex views, outside, an enclosed lawn with a patio awaits, complete with furniture for alfresco dining and a firepit for those starlit evenings. Halifax is a minster town in West Yorkshire historically known for its woollen manufacturing starting in the 15th century.
