A well presented upside-down house, able to comfortably accommodate up to 6/7 guests and is moments from the river. Internally there are three double bedrooms. On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a large open plan living/dining room with views overlooking village rooftops and the master bedroom comes with a Super king size sleigh bed with access out onto a lovely enclosed garden. Hamble-Le-Rice is a picturesque village situated on the south coast of England, close to Southampton in Hampshire, renowned for the local sailing facilities, marinas, sailing clubs, eating and drinking establishments and beautiful riverside walks. There are also two country parks situated nearby, The Royal Victoria Country Park and Manor Farm Country Park.
