Please note: There are 5 steps in the garden. Free parking overnight in the square or at anytime in Copse or School Lanes. The parking space is shared with the annex and is for loading or unloading.. The Old House located in Hamble is a beautiful charming Grade II listed property, able to accommodate up to ten guests. A stunning home bursting with character features including beamed walls and ceilings, open fireplaces, exposed brickwork and polished floorboards. The accommodation is arranged over a number of levels, having had many extensions over the centuries, you are sure to initially get lost trying to orientate your way around. The living accommodation has two reception rooms, a study area, sun room, cellar and a kitchen/breakfast room with five bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outside there is an enclosed generous size garden with an area for al fresco dining, with parking for one car as well as outstanding views from the large roof terrace, overlooking the village and the River Hamble. Hamble-Le-Rice is a picturesque village situated on the South Coast of England, renowned for the local sailing facilities, marinas, sailing clubs, eating and drinking establishments and beautiful riverside walks and two country parks are situated nearby; the Royal Victoria Country Park and Manor Farm Country Park.
