Driftwood Cottage is a welcoming two bedroom holiday home situated in a small mews development in the heart of the village and close to the popular pebble beach. Recently refurbished throughout this spacious home offers comfortable accommodation ideal for a couple or family with one child over five years. There is a small semi-enclosed seating area outside the cottage to relax and unwind after a day exploring the coast.
Milford on Sea is a popular, vibrant seaside village with an interesting range of independent shops, coffee shops and pubs which are open all year round. There are several restaurants catering for all culinary tastes, including Italian, Thai, Indian and traditional food. Award winning Verveine fish market restaurant offers fine dining and we recommend booking in advance.
Take a walk along the cliff top path toward Barton on Sea and enjoy the spectacular views over the Solent to the Needles and Isle of Wight and Christchurch Bay. Walk along the beach to Hurst Castle a famous fortress built by Henry VIII or just relax and enjoy the beach and a summer swim in the Solent.
Further afield take a 15 minute drive into the New Forest National Park and enjoy New Forest walks, cycle rides or horse riding whilst exploring the pretty villages of Brockenhurst, Burley, Beaulieu, Sway and Lyndhurst.
