Little Dormers is the wing of an impressive detached property with a large garden. It is attractively situated in a quiet close with spectacular sea views and is within a 12-minute walk of the peaceful beach at Gurnard where swimming, paddling and boating can be enjoyed. Here there is also a public house and a pleasant cafe providing refreshments. The sea at Egypt Point is within an eight-minute walk of Little Dormers, and an easy 20-minute stroll beside the sea takes you into the centre of Cowes - a small town famous as a sailing centre, with narrow streets, shops and several restaurants. By car, there is easy access to the west side of the Island with its sandy coves and downland walks. A few minutes drive combined with taking the floating bridge to east Cowes, leads to Osborne House, the former island home of Queen Victoria.

Little Dormers is completely self-contained, presented to the highest standards and has a wonderful terrace so that full advantage can be made of the sea views. Visitors can relax whilst watching a variety of sailing boats and sea craft. A copy of the movements of cruise liners is usually left in the cottage as the ships can offer an added interest as they travel across the Solent after leaving Southampton. Little Dormers provides attractive and comfortable accommodation for two people which is all on one level. It is centrally heated and has been furnished and equipped to a high standard.

There is a large open plan living room with patio doors opening on to the terrace. This delightful room is furnished with comfortable armchairs and a 32 inch smart television. There is a pleasant dining area and a well equipped kitchen with beech style units, a granite effect worktop, an electric cooker and ceramic hob, microwave and refrigerator. Visitors also have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

There is an attractive twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room with a power shower, basin and WC. A travel cot and high chair can be provided for babies under 12 months. WiFi internet is available at this cottage. Little Dormers has an area of decking with garden furniture so that meals can be enjoyed outside, and visitors are welcome to wander through the beautiful larger open plan garden of the cottage. A car can be parked in the drive close to the property entrance. There is a bus service and shop within a 15 minutes walk.
