Joining the kitchen is a plush seating arrangement, where you can get cosy

To the left of the property is a formal dining room, a great spot for a family celebration. This room can be converted to a downstairs bedroom/dining room for those with limited mobility, as it also contains a folding guest bed.
Concluding the ground floor is a gleaming shower room, great for washing
those sandy toes before you explore the rest of the property.

Being centrally located, you are just a short distance away from plenty of places to eat and drink, with no shortage of different cuisines and places to grab an ice cream as you meander down to the beach; guests can even visit the annual Garlic Bread Festival or experience the Chale Show which displays
horticulture, entertainment, food and endless fun!
You are just a short stroll from Sandown train station where you can hop onto the newly refurbished ex-London tube trains straight from Southampton to Ryde FastCat.
Walk along the Esplanade and be met with the glorious dog-friendly Yaverland Beach where you will find opportunities for crazy golf, wind surfing, kayaking and fossil hunting or explore one of the 25 other beaches that surround the island.
For those with children, enjoy a spot of fossil hunting, explore the Dinosaur museum or enjoy a traditional seaside holiday by taking advantage of the many activities available on the Pier.
