Keen cyclists can enjoy a bike ride along the Crab and Winkle Way or ride along the coast to Herne Bay. For walkers, there are many footpaths to explore along the Kent coastline. For those looking to venture slightly further afield, head to nearby Canterbury (7 miles), which is home to the country s oldest cathedral. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy or visit the ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's unesco World Heritage Site. As you enter this cosy cottage, you ll step inside to the light and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large sliding doors that open out into the courtyard garden. Relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfy sofa and enjoy catching up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV. If you fancy a cosy night in, whip up a delicious romantic meal in the well equipped kitchen which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and microwave before sitting down to dine at the table with seating for two. Heading upstairs to the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed with an Emma mattress and an en suite shower room with a walk in shower and WC.
