Immaculate and spacious property providing very comfortable accommodation to make your break perfect in every way. There are Smart t.v's in all bedrooms, a hot tub and plenty of parking for everyone. Close to Cranbrook, Hastings and Rye with lots of walking and cycling in this pretty hamlet and you can bring your dog too.
Little Barn is a spacious conversion, decorated in a light modern style with wood flooring throughout the ground floor and fitted to the highest standards. It offers very comfortable accommodation for groups of friends or families looking for a luxury property in the Kent countryside. There are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities on the first floor, all bedrooms have a wall-mounted Smart t.v. There is an enclosed garden with a hot tub, garden furniture and plenty of parking. There are stations at Staplehurst and Headcorn, a golf course and lots of historic houses and gardens to visit close by. Rye and Camber are within an easy drive with Canterbury and the North Kent coast a little further away. Close to the pretty Wealden towns of Cranbrook and Tenterden and the local vineyards offering wine tastings and tours.

Such a great cottage to spread out in, excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, impeccable WiFi and TV, a beautiful outdoor seating area with gas BBQ and a hot tub to relax after a long day of driving along those narrow lanes and visiting cultural sites within an hour’s radius. Would love to stay again. So comfortable and modern.

A beautifully presented property with high quality furnishings. Located within walking distance of a pub serving excellent meals. The hot tub was a bonus. We were a group of six adults requiring three bathrooms so this property ticked all our boxes.
