Quirky and welcoming terraced house with eccentric décor and great social spaces to truly make
your holiday unforgettable
Upon entry through the compact enclosed internal lobby, you step into the front sitting room where
your eyes will naturally gravitate towards the many pieces of art that adorn the walls. The sitting
room has a large comfortable 4 seater sofa, as well as a cuddle chair where you can relax and
unwind. The sitting room is cosy and inviting, with low level lighting that encourages a homely
atmosphere. There are board games and puzzles for your group to enjoy and a large TV with access
to Disney+, Netflix & Amazon Prime. The stairs leading up to the bedrooms is accessed from this
room, as well as the door leading to the dining room, kitchen and ground floor bathroom.
Leading from the sitting room into the dining room, the art and interesting pieces continue. The
dining room is a great space with optimal room for socialisation. There is a large dining bench, which
allows guests to dine comfortably together, giving you the opportunity to fully appreciate and enjoy
your time as a group.
There is also a sofa in this space, allowing guests to sit and enjoy some peace and quiet, away from
the TV. The sofa converts into a small double bed, suitable for two guests.
As you go around the corner towards the courtyard, there is a high butchers block table directly
opposite the kitchen doorway. This handy spot provides an additional area for guests to continue to
socialise together, which also makes it easy to include anyone that is busy in the kitchen, ensuring
that all guests feel like they are a part of the group!
The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of equipment at your disposal. It has a double electric
oven, gas hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer and dishwasher. There are plenty of cooking
utensils should you wish to cook at home and guests are welcome to enjoy the kitchen's dry goods
to enhance their meals. There’s also tea, coffee and sugar available for guests to use, so you only
need to bring the milk, which we hope makes you feel right at home as soon as you step foot inside.
Leading off of the kitchen is the main bathroom with a decadent roll top bath, available for your use.
The enclosed rear courtyard is accessed from the back of the property and has outdoor seating and a
barbecue available.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, sleeping 4 guests. The vibe up here is a little more calming and
relaxed, with gentle dusty pink walls and a few pieces of art to keep you entertained.
Bedroom 1 is a twin room with deep comfortable mattresses, perfect for a good night’s sleep, as
well as access to the three piece shower ensuite bathroom. Towels are stored on the wall rack and
there is plenty of hanging space and hangers for your clothes.
Bedroom 2 has a very comfortable double bed and access to a TV for those evenings when you want
to snuggle up and chill out. Again, towels are stored on the wall rack and there is plenty of hanging
space and hangers for clothes in here too.
The property has gas central heating, with an easy to use hive hub.

Both bedrooms where a nice size with nice beds, one bedroom had a on suite bathroom. You only had on street parking both this was no problem as there was always a place to park. If you wanted to watch television you had to watch though a app as there no Ariel but then again this was no issue. Our main issue was the front and back doors. You could not really use the back door as someone has broken a key in the lock. We had problems all week with the front door as it was difficult to both lock and unlocked. In the end we had to contact the owner as we couldn't leave the property as the door would not lock .to be fair the owner got out to as quick as he could and sorted the problem. He has arranged a locksmith to go there and change both locks I would still recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in margate.we enjoyed our stay there

House was very clean and tidy and is a ten minute walk to the sea. Head to the Old Town for coffee shops and eateries. The beaches are all very clean.
