All it lacked was a better flow to the running water. The garden was secluded and of a good size - would have loved the weather to sit in it! The welcome pack and card was a bonus. The village was lovely and the pubs good. The area is great for visiting if the weather is suitable and the NT properties are open & then you return to 'the nest'!

Everything was just lovely. Kitchen had alot of equipment and utensils. The bedrooms were cosy and so comfy. Bathroom was just beautiful and stylish. Living room was comfy. Huge car parking area. On a bus route to Banbury and to Oxford which was very helpful. The house was just a delight and made our stay and we didnt want to leave.

It was ideally situated in a picturesque village within walking distance of several pubs, a village shop and a lovely tearoom. Would highly recommend.
