Resting in the ancient town of Chipping Norton, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is this two bed-roomed abode, 2 Church Street. Ideal for a family or even a group of friends, to enjoy exploring all that Oxfordshire has to offer from an inviting home-away from home including all the facilities that you’ll need for self-catering. Enter through the garden path and patio area complete with furniture and continue in to the bright and open kitchen/diner, offering a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area to seat four guests. After serving up your favourite meal, move into the delightful living area to relax with a film or book in front of the woodburning stove. When sleep beckons head upstairs to find two well-presented bedrooms, including a king-sized ensuite with walk in shower, and a further double bedroom, positions closely to a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower facilities. When you feel like it’s time to get out and about you won’t be short of things to do, with a popular weekly market in Chipping Norton, numerous book shops, cafés, pubs, and restaurants you will be spoilt for choice. For those who love their walking and cycling, there are some spectacular trails from the town centre through the beautiful limestone villages of the Cotswolds. If culture is what you’re looking for, then The Theatre Chipping Norton is a vibrant cultural hub, showcasing a diverse range of performances and events for theatre enthusiasts. Venture further afield to explore the historic city of Oxford, home to the prestigious University of Oxford, visit the magnificent Blenheim Palace, birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, and wander through the enchanting gardens of the Cotswold Wildlife Park for a memorable day out. Chipping Norton is surrounded by the pretty limestone villages of the Cotswolds and offers many walks and cycle trails from the town centre, together with a Lido, perfect for a relaxing swim at the end of a busy day. Blenheim Palace, Rousham House and Gardens and numerous National Trust properties are close by, and a little further afield Stratford Upon Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, and the magnificent university town of Oxford are a real delight. A wonderful holiday destination, perfect for exploring all this lovely area has to offer.
