Set in a sleepy village close to Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, Yarrow Cottage is a beautiful, two bedroom cottage with a décor that’ll take your breath away. The cottage has a history that dates back 300 years, and you’ll find classic features such as exposed beams, stone walls and wooden floors throughout that only add to its character.

With a chic design centred around the log burning stove, the living room makes a friendly space to gather as a family and make the most of Sky, Netflix or a DVD…and we love the snug seat that just beckons bookworms to curl up and wind down for an hour or two.

When it’s time to retreat bed and forget the world, the master bedroom offers a little luxury in the form of a super king size bed, and walk in his and hers wardrobes, a flatscreen TV and bath robes make this the perfect space to relax. The second bedroom has a rustic, yet chic design and a double bed, so Yarrow Cottage is perfect for a stay with friends or a family escape.

Even the bathroom has a few treats in store…including a copper bath tub that just begs weary limbs to climb in after a busy day, twin sinks and underfloor heating for that little slice of luxury. Dogs are welcome, and the enclosed garden at the back of the cottage makes just the space to sit back for an afternoon while your pet enjoys the fresh air.

You’ll find Yarrow Cottage in the pretty little village of Churchill, near Chipping Norton. With The Chequers pub for foodies and more scenic walks than you could tackle in one visit, the village makes the perfect base to enjoy the Cotswolds. Just a five minute drive away, you’ll have the chance to sample the local produce at Daylesford organic farm shop, and Haybarn Spa in nearby Kingham makes a popular spot for some pampering.
