Resting on the edge of the South coast of England is the traditional seaside town of Bognor Regis, situated just 32.1 miles from Brighton and 85 miles from the centre of London. Visitors of the town will be delighted by the relaxed atmosphere and some refer to it as England's sunshine capital. The town enjoys superb selection of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops, as well as attractions including a cinema, a theatre and a number of nightclubs. Here, you will also find a number of amusements that younger guests will be delighted with, as well many parks and gardens offering superb strolls. Bognor Regis enjoys a single beach with a magnitude of watersport and other activities for a family to experience, in addition to a Victorian pier which stretches out 1000 feat out to sea.     The top floor attic conversion, had two large dormer windows without blinds, or any method of keeping them open, therefore "green house hot", making the entire floor unusable, sun up at 06.00. 75 degrees plus, by midday. The ensuite bathroom lacked a handle on the inside, a sign saying "Watch your Head" on the staircase to this level, would be a very good idea!!. We couldn't make use of the this floor at all, effectively reducing the four bedrooms, two ensuites to to three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, not ideal. The letting agent informed us the man to measure the blind had let them down. The bedroom door on the 1st floor would not shut, the bins had not been emptied, This property would benefit hugely from a proper detailed "snagging" it currently lacks "attention to detail".
