The Hayloft is highly praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches from the hosts, the property's peaceful setting with countryside views, and its proximity to local attractions. While one review mentions a negative experience regarding a bond charge, the overwhelming majority celebrate the property's comfort, cleanliness, and the extra care provided by the hosts.
Guests consistently note the property's spotless condition and the sense of newness due to meticulous maintenance. One isolated complaint about a bond charge for cleaning does not detract from the overall high standards reported.
The Hayloft is commended for its convenient location, with easy access to pubs, the sea, and local shops. Its setting allows for enjoyable wildlife watching and is a great base for exploring the area, although one review suggests the property is not as rural as expected.
The comfort of The Hayloft is frequently highlighted, with mentions of a large, comfortable bed and a relaxing atmosphere. The property is described as well-appointed, though there is a single mention of inadequate headroom in one area.
Reviews applaud the well-equipped nature of The Hayloft, noting the availability of kitchen appliances and a thoughtful layout. The property is described as having been converted to a high standard, with modern facilities that contribute to an enjoyable stay.
Many guests express gratitude for the thoughtful gestures from the hosts, such as welcome treats and a basket of goodies. While these gifts are warmly received, it is important to note that such offerings, while indicative of the hosts' hospitality, may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Fell in love with the location. The property was in fantastic condition. Modern with all facilities needed and more. Could not fault anything in the property. Met the owners who were very welcoming. Would recommend to any couples wishing to stay. Good local bus service nearby.

Very quiet, although no-one was in the downstairs property for the duration of our stay. Does get warm during the day, so would recommend leaving blinds down to try and keep heat out a little, but soon cools down with door and windows open, and a fan is provided. One the best properties we have stayed at in recent years, and would definitely look to return.
