This four-bedroom home is just beautifully presented with a fabulous kitchen and living space around a warming central fire a real highlight. There is a big screen with Sky TV in this room for watching television programmes and DVDs. There’s also a piano in this room if you fancy a musical interlude. The kitchen here is comprehensively equipped with a dual range oven to top it off. Just off the kitchen is a dining area that is neatly offset.

At the front is a glorious living room perfect for quiet relaxation and reflection on the day just gone! It also has a large screen TV and DVD player to increase the entertainment opportunities. The house will sleep up to six guests. There are four bedrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsized bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is fitted with twin beds that can be linked if required into a super king-sized double bed. Bedroom three has a large single four-foot bed and bedroom four has a single bed. The house can work particularly well for a young family or up to a maximum of six adults. There is a full family bathroom with bath and shower above and downstairs there is also a full shower room.

The gardens rise behind the house with views towards the South Downs and with plenty of space to eat outdoors it’s a great place to be in the summer. Adjacent to the house is a pergola shaded terrace with a fire pit for evening warmth whilst enjoying the barbecue. Pulborough and beyond The South Downs National Park is literally the other side of the road from Echo House. The Pulborough Brooks here forming the Park’s northern boundary is a deliberate flood plain for the River Arun as it flows south towards Arundel. Periodically it becomes a spectacular lake totally transforming the landscape here.

There are many excellent walks across the Brooks and along the banks of the River Arun offering uninterrupted views south towards the South Downs. Also nearby is the priceless oasis of heather sand heath and trees beneath the Sussex Downs’. For any golf lover staying at Echo House is very convenient indeed. Beach 14 miles. Shop and restaurant 1 mile, pub 170 yards.
