So much space and comfort and so many interesting features together with its eclectic decor. The sofas, the beds and bathrooms are truly luxurious and the accommodation is sparkling clean. The 40 minute walk through Victoria Park into the centre of stunning Bath suited us well, but buses run frequently from outside the house. We accessed Bristol and the Cotswolds easily by car, too. We had such a fun and relaxed family break at Southbank. The week flew by so quickly. Melissa has certainly nailed it with her fabulous holiday accommodation!

Felt like staying in a boutique hotel. Easy walk into Bath. Great park for the dog 5 mins away. Beware when turning into the drive especially when approaching from the roundabout, it is indeed very tight as described which I found to my bumperâs detriment. Would definitely book again.

The cottage is sooo beautiful, peaceful and comfy. Melissa was really nice and helped us with a few requests during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place!!
