Set within an award-winning development, this property is the perfect spot for coastal living with a vibrant town atmosphere. Take the short walk down to award-winning beaches stretching for miles across the Dorset coastline, taking in the town centre’s picturesque gardens and lively culture. Using this property as a base to explore, you can visit the New Forest National Park, Poole Quay, and the start of the Jurassic Coast all within 10 miles.
Enter via a shared entrance with stairs and a lift which rise to each floor, including the underground parking. Entering the property itself, step into the spacious hallway. Once inside you will find a welcoming open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with French doors leading to the private terrace with stunning sea views. The comfortable living area offers a Smart TV with a basic sky package. Off the hallway, you will find two bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and a separate family bathroom.
Outside, the private terrace is the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening meal, enjoying the views across Bournemouth seafront and over to the Isle of Wight.
