Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the cottage to be exceptionally clean, with only a few mentioning issues such as cobwebs and a musky smell on bedding. The positive remarks on cleanliness far outweigh the negatives.

The location is highly praised for being peaceful, with good bus links and proximity to local attractions. It is described as a great base for exploring Dorset and the Jurassic coast, despite some guests noting it is closer to the road than expected.

Guests generally find the cottage cosy and comfortable, with a wood burner and central heating mentioned positively. However, some guests noted the small size of the cottage and the single beds, suggesting it may be more suitable for smaller parties or families with children.

The cottage is well-equipped with kitchen appliances, parking, and a garden. Some guests experienced issues with Wi-Fi, TV, and a broken window, indicating room for improvement in maintenance.

While some guests mentioned thoughtful gestures like the provision of apple juice and biscuits, these are not consistently referenced across reviews to guarantee a score. It is important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are not assured for every stay.

A great location to get to places as well as two good pubs, a kids playground and a couple of shops nearby. The village is pleasant to walk around and to other places from. The cottage is well equipped with a beautiful garden and an area just for us. Internet a bit temperamental. Great to see the bats again.
