The excellent 18-hole Mendip Spring Golf Club is within easy reach to play a game or two, followed by a cold drink and home-cooked food in the courtyard restaurant. From the golf course, you can join the famous Strawberry Line, a popular local path to cycle or walk through traffic-free countryside. If you're travelling with little ones, be sure to visit Puxton Park, with its adventure park, soft play area, miniature railway, high-rope course and boating lake offering something for all weathers, whilst thrill seekers may prefer to embark on an outdoor adventure with a visit to the Mendip Activity Centre.
