This south-facing semi-detached house is ideally located on the quiet outskirts of Praa Sands overlooking the glorious mile-long sandy beach below. Magnificent sea views can be enjoyed from all principle rooms in the house as well as from the terraced patio at the front of the property; an excellent vantage point to relax and take in the glorious views. The property feels spacious inside and is set over two floors with the three bedrooms upstairs and a shower room on both levels. Parking for two cars is provided and there is a woodburner in both the lounge and dining area - perfect for the cooler months.

We absolutely loved our week at Uplands. What a location…. the views and the constant sound of the waves were mesmerising. Gorgeous house which was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The sun room was very well used when the weather didn’t permit sitting outside. We will definitely return. Thank you!
