Previously I have given 5*, this time only 2* as the property is neither clean nor well maintained now. I have advised the owner. Mould in shower room and around window frames, carpets desperately need cleaning, also dining chair seats dirty and stained. The whole house would benefit from some attention and a good clean, which should be scheduled in regularly and not just left until the house happens to be vacant! The location however is ideal for us visiting family in the area. Would come back again but only if standards improve.

We parked the car on the drive and never used it all week as the beach and town are all within easy walking distance. The house is well equipped, warm and comfortable. We could not fault it as a holiday let having stayed in many over the last few years. The shower in the main bathroom is superb! We much appreciated the owner contacting us prior to our stay to determine the sleeping arrangements i.e. making the twin bedded room into a super king size. We would recommend this holiday home both for its location and facilities.
