Within a short drive of your doorstep, there is plenty more to do such as delving into the historic village of Boscastle, exploring the South West Coast Path and even visiting the ever popular Bude with countless attractions and restaurants serving all sorts of delicacies. You ll find all these destinations within 12 miles from the property itself. Upon entering, to the left of this welcoming home you will be immediately enticed by the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. To your right, you can unwind into the home s colourful seating choices; combined with the Smart TV, this is a perfect combination to relax after the day s fun filled activities. Both of these bedrooms benefit from views over the garden and the surrounding fields, and provide ample storage space. Just off these bedrooms is the family shower room, with the added luxury of a walk in waterfall shower, and WC. The accommodation is completed by a separate WC. Heading outside to the rear of the bungalow, this property boasts a spacious back lawn area with a BBQ and outdoor seating. You also have an outdoor shower to wash off those sandy toes after a long day at the beach.
