Guests have enjoyed the thoughtful welcome packs and the property's proximity to local attractions. Some concerns about dampness and maintenance issues have been noted.

Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the property clean and inviting, while others reported issues with dirt, mould, and a need for a deep clean. The variance in experiences suggests inconsistency in this area.

For example the two large umbrellas provided were a godsend as it was raining hard when we arrived. A couple of small things could be improved, there was a significant tear in the flooring underneath the dining table and the outdoor furniture and foliage would need some TLC to enable us to give it a 'perfect' rating.

We had a great time and the dog treats we appreciated. Thank you.

Loved the decor, adding that extra touch. A welcome pack, not only for us, also our dogs. Quiet & peaceful. Shame we had to contact owner on arrival as floor covering was torn, which they were aware of. Oven needs cleaning, trays need replacing. Dressing gown belt missing - used a peg ! Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou
