Aside from the numerous water based activities on offer at Stithians Lake there is also a cafe serving food throughout the day. The village of Stithians itself has two popular pubs and a convenience store. Just across the road from Fransbrook is a terrific butcher's farm shop which sells locally reared meats and dairy produce.

The north coast surfing beaches at Portreath and Porthtowan are just 7 miles by car and the delights of the Helford river area on the south coast 9 miles.

From the car park you enter the property via the handy utility room with laundry equipment and spacious shower room WC with oversized cubicle for your comfort.

The huge kitchen breakfast room with smart sparkling granite worktops and cherry wood cabinets provides ample space for entertaining. A triple oven range takes centre stage with smart American style fridge freezer providing plentiful refrigeration space for your convenience. Off the kitchen (separated by a raised threshold) is the impressive and once again spacious conservatory with formal dining table and chairs combining beautifully with large comfy sofas to relax into. Two sets of French patio doors lead out into the surrounding garden.

A separate, smaller living room with study provides a quieter space with wood burner for those cooler evenings. Fransbrook also has a Sonos music system for guest use.

Upstairs you will find two king size bedrooms with built in wardrobes, a double and twin bedroom with free standing wardrobes and handy single bedroom. The twin, double and single bedrooms all have countryside views looking out towards the nearby lake. The two king bedrooms have views out across the gardens. All bedrooms are carpeted.

A spacious family bathroom WC with tiled floor, deep inset bath with handheld hose attachment, large basin and ample shelf and storage space completes the upstairs layout.

Outside Fransbrook offers generous car parking for up to six cars. A pretty garden wraps around the house with an additional enlosed large grass paddock for ball games and rough and tumble also at your disposal. A variety of garden furniture is provided.
