Waterside House is over two levels and, as the name suggests is right on the quayside, in Flushing, with stunning views across the harbour to Falmouth. Steps immediately in front of the house lead down to the water. This is a wonderful area for boating, or you can just sit by your window and enjoy watching boats drift by. A lovely romantic place for a couple but equally good for a family. A pretty little cobbled path leads to the entrance at the side. Step through the entrance door and you have the comfy living room one side and the open-plan dining room and kitchen on the other – both with those lovely time-wasting waterside views. Head upstairs to three bedrooms – a king-size double with French windows to a balustrade and lovely views, and a twin which leads through to a children's small bunk room. There is a family bathroom. A small yard to one side is useful for drying wetsuits, beach towels and storing bicycles etc. A great base for beaches and places to visit, or for just doing nothing and enjoying the views. But the fascinating nearby nautical town of Falmouth should not be missed.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture.
