The house is just a stone's throw away from the beach and is an ideal base for friends or families looking to explore Falmouth’s culturally rich and diverse town centre and sandy beaches. Set over three floors, this spacious holiday cottage offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms and the added luxury of 5 bathrooms.

The first-floor king bedroom provides a tranquil retreat, while the second floor offers three bedrooms: two super king bedrooms, one with a luxurious freestanding bath and handheld shower and another with adjacent access to one of the family bathrooms. The third bedroom on this floor is a king size with an ensuite with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC for added convenience.

On the third floor, you'll find a super king-size bedroom. This room occupies the full width of the house with large bedroom and wet room with rainfall shower basin and WC. This room also an additional living space, bar area with bi-fold doors to balcony offering extensive harbourside views over to Flushing.

Situated on the first floor the open-plan living space which is the heart of the home, features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area for enjoying meals together, and a comfortable sitting area where you can unwind in front of the TV or enjoy music with wonderful harbourside views.

Falmouth hosts many events throughout the year, with food vendors, stalls and live music, such as Food Festivals, The International Sea Shanty Festival, The Oyster Festival, Falmouth Week, Falmouth Beer Festival, Falmouth Fish Festival, Tall Ships, and many more. The Cornish Bank venue in town hosts a wide variety of live music most nights in the season. There are also the many pub open Mic nights, cinemas and galleries.

The bustling town of Falmouth is blessed with a good choice of bars, cafés, restaurants and independent shops, there are a number of beautiful local beaches nearby: Gyllyngvase, Castle, and Swanpool are the three closest beaches, with Maenporth just a little further away.

Zawn Haven also has easy access to Falmouth Town railway station enabling you to explore Cornwall without the need to drive.

The nearest city is Truro, a scenic drive away, which is full of shops, cafés, pubs and has a large cathedral.

There are plenty of local walks to discover along with a host of family attractions such as: Pendennis Castle, the National Maritime Museum, Flambards Theme Park, Paradise Park, Cornish Seal Sanctuary, Geevor Tin Mine, Healy’s Cornish Cyder Farm, Land’s End, and many more.

Ferries are found at Prince of Wales Pier and Falmouth Harbour, offering excursions to St Mawes or you could explore the creeks on the Fal. There are wildlife trips for nature lovers to catch a glimpse of seals, dolphins and minke whales. There have been two humpback whale sightings this year. If you enjoy watersports, there are sailing clubs and boats available for hire nearby. Fishermen will love both the quayside and the coastline, which is abundant with fish. You’ll be sure to catch a crab or two from the quayside on a sunny evening which is very popular for all ages.

Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.

    Welcome pack was terrific. Got a bit cold at night for time of year so would suggest heating setting is adjusted for overnight
