Nestled on Newton Farm in the Cornish village of Mullion is this semi-detached cottage with Hot Tub, set within pretty encompassing grounds and gardens appealing to families and friends of all ages. Step into the comfort of this spacious and beautiful interior boasting a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a delightful lounge on the first floor enhanced by an electric fire and a cosy sitting arrangement. Enjoy your own private hot tub and explore the many amenities on-site at your own leisure, there's a gym, swimming pool and much more, as well as your very own patio with a barbecue for you to enjoy alfresco dining one evening. Mullion is a village on the Lizard Peninsula, five miles south of Helston and just over five miles from Lizard Point, the most southerly tip of mainland Britain. The village is home to a selection of restaurants, shops and pubs, Mullion Meadows Chocolate Factory and coffee shop, as well as Mullion Cove, a working harbour. Helston is famous for its Flora Day Festival and the many stories and legends about the "Furry Dance" are told in the Helston Folk Museum. Nearby is the Poldark Mine, one of the best underground experiences in the south west and which tells of the widespread mining heritage of this area. Further afield is the harbour town of Falmouth to the east and Land's End to the west.
