The barn itself, has a spacious open plan living area with stunning wooden beams amid the high ceiling. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for that all important breakfast before you set off on your day’s adventure. There is a dinging area as well as a living area with two very comfortable sofas where you can sit and relax and plan for tomorrow! The bedrooms are wonderfully presented! The first with an inviting double bed and second has bunk beds both have storage and TV’s and the bunk room has plenty room for a travel cot. The exceptional bathroom with it’s eye-catching tiling is both roomy and boasts a superb wet room with power shower. There is a private terrace with glass panels all around where you can enjoy an evening with perhaps your favourite beverage and when the sun sets, the clear unpolluted skies above take your breath away as they showcase The Milky Way and countless constellations and the occasional shooting star!

Set on the owners land, the area is renowned for it’s incredible wildlife, many woodland walks and what was once a thriving mining industry. Within easy access of the A30, the nearest beaches are a short drive away, where coves and inlets, clifftop walks and long golden stretches of sand are just waiting to be explored. In Bodmin, climb the moorland Tors and ancient rock formations or hire a bicycle and follow the Camel Trail as it winds it’s way through breathtaking scenery all the way to the picturesque and popular fishing port of Padstow, famous for it’s many restaurants offering the finest seafood cuisine. The Eden Project is a fascinating place, as you experience an ecological underworld and so much more beneath the amazing biomes. Newquay has some of the best surfing beaches in the county and is a lively, buzzing town, with many bars, restaurants and pubs. There are good travel links here and the Luxulyan to Newquay branch line is less than a mile distant. Beach 6½ miles.
