Loved the oak floors and stair case, quartz work tops and bronze mirror splash back. All appliances high end and kitchen fully equipped. It was very nice to be provided with tea, coffee, sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tabs and cleaning products. The bedrooms again were beautiful and spacious. Very comfy beds and nice bedlinen/towels. Bathrooms fabulous. We would definitely return, but unfortunately the owner has had to make the decision to no longer accept dogs which is disappointing that one or more irresponsible owner(s) have spoiled it for the rest of us who have well behaved animals. The only downside is the noise from the trains which run very near to the house from very early in the mornings (weeks days) till quite late at night. This could present an issue particularly in summer when one wants to keep the windows open. Other than this, the location is great and makes a good base to explore Cornwall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the property overall.

If you are going to Lostwithiel in corwall, this is the best accommodation my family have stayed at. Beds are really comfortable, the owner caters for all your needs every where in the apartment and includes a cream tea on your arrival, what more could you want.

Very modern decor. Very bright. Very warm and cosy which was ideal for a February break. Very well equipped. Loved the location which was ideal for exploring both north and south coast. Would stay again and not hesitate to recommend. The train noise didnt bother as at all as we were sleeping in the main bedroom at the back of the apartment. The cream tea provided was enjoyed and appreciated. Thank You
