Detached Cornish stone cottage, nestled between the famous Eden project and the heritage site of Luxulyan Valley, providing easy access to the whole of Cornwall. Truly a walker’s paradise!
Formerly granite stone stables this holiday home offers detached, private accommodation with a large garden and is situated within the picturesque village of Luxulyan. Venture into the village and take the Newquay branch line or enjoy a day at Eden project. Walk The Saints way to Padstow or Fowey, discover the historic clay trail or hire a bike to cycle the Camel Trail. This cottage is perfectly situated to enjoy all the delights that Cornwall has to offer!
