Guests have had a delightful experience at the holiday rental, praising its homely feel, well-equipped kitchen, and the hot tub as a highlight. The property's cleanliness and location are consistently commended, offering a comfortable stay and a great base for exploring Cornwall. While some minor issues with facilities and lack of Wi-Fi were noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many looking to rebook for future visits.
The property generally receives high marks for cleanliness, with several guests describing it as spotless and well-kept. There were a few isolated comments about cleanliness issues, but these appear to be exceptions rather than the rule.
The location is highly praised for being perfect for exploring nearby beaches and the local area. It is described as peaceful and ideal for a Cornish getaway, contributing to the property's appeal.
Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of comfy beds and a homely atmosphere. Some guests noted the furniture could be more comfortable, and there were comments about the lack of Wi-Fi impacting comfort for those needing connectivity.
Facilities like the hot tub are a hit, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as a partially working toaster and the hot tub temperature. The lack of Wi-Fi and some kitchen items also affected the score.
While many reviews mention the provision of helpful items and a well-equipped kitchen, there are no specific references to gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

I drive 4.5 hours with my 2 doggos & got there to the most lovely, cleaning and cosy and stunning place. Iâm really weird about sanitising every place I go to stay but this was so clean I did not feel I needed to at all. Thatâs out of the ordinary. Most places that accept dogs are not so on par with places that donât. This is the exception! I felt instantly comfortable and everything in it is beautiful. The bed was so comfortable I didnât even miss my own bed, oh and the shower!!! The shower is absolutely incredible! There even was hot tub that was instantly ready to jump into when I arrived, but although I did not use it, I know that would be an ultimate bonus to everyone else! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and absolutely spot on. Only one thing that was a downside and thatâs not having WiFi and my phone signal was extremely poor up there to compensate or hotspot my laptop. However, I was somehow able to hotspot to the tv to watch Netflix, which made it even more home from home. I cannot recommend this beautiful holiday home enough!

We thought it was reasnobly priced considering it had a hot tub. The TVs reception was hit and miss mainly on BBC, some cleanliness issues, when the main bed was stripped prior to leaving there was some stains on the matress cover but not on the matress. The toilet brush lid in the toilet had rust spots and some staines on the bathroom radiator.
Pam
The hot tub was a bonus but due to the weather we only used it once. The facilities on site were disappointing but we went at the beginning of September so perhaps they were at the end of the season.
