The property boasts four lovely bedrooms spread across three floors. On the second floor, you'll find a double bedroom(low-ceiling height), with fabulous views across Crantock Church towards the sea. On the first floor a double bedroom, which benefits from a TV and a private en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. A twin bedroom, which can be converted into a super-king-size upon request, also features a TV and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Finally, a single bedroom with a TV completes the sleeping arrangements. For your convenience, the property also offers a sleek shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, as well as a wet room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, you can enjoy the enclosed garden with a well-kept lawn, perfect for children and pets to play. Crantock is a small Cornish village, just a short walk from the beach, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
