Guests say

Palm View is highly praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and proximity to the beach. Guests appreciate the secure, private garden and the property's peaceful location. The comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen contribute to a homely feel. The property is ideal for both families and pet owners, with many planning to return.

Guests consistently note the immaculate condition of Palm View, highlighting its cleanliness both inside and out. One review mentioned finding dirt under the sofa and in the freezer trays, but this appears to be an isolated incident in the context of otherwise glowing reports.

The property's location is frequently commended for its quietness, proximity to a fantastic beach, and ease of access to local attractions. The sea views and the short walk to the beach and local pub are particularly appreciated.

The comfort of Palm View is often mentioned, with guests finding the beds and living spaces to be very comfortable. There is a minor note regarding the snugness of the dining area and the cosiness of the en suite bathroom, but overall, the property is seen as comfortable.

Facilities at Palm View are well-regarded, with modern appliances and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden and parking are also appreciated. Some guests suggested improvements such as clearer instructions for appliances and more comfortable garden furniture, but maintenance is prompt and effective.

While the reviews reflect a high level of satisfaction with the property's amenities and the owners' attentiveness, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, the score is set to null.

The property is immaculate and spotlessly clean. Stylish and really tastefully decorated throughout. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, beds and bedding etc are high quality. The Owners have tried to think of everything you might need and these extra touches don't go un-noticed. Their attention to detail is second to none. The Owners notified me at 2.30pm to confirm it was ready for our arrival. The Owners are at hand if needed and contactable via a text message. I did contact the Owners and had a quick response and Shane was a delight to deal with. The property is 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Holywell Bay Beach. There are also 2 car parks and 2 pubs close to the beach. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again. I would go as far as saying it's the best holiday property I have stayed in.

The bungalow is well maintained, and has a mature family garden with views of the sea. You get that home from home feel for the place and the owners are so friendly and accommodating.
