Back at base, pour a tipple and ease into the bubbling open-air hot tub with lakeside views.

Set across three floors, this sophisticated property boasts a contemporary interior with minimalist styling, chic open-plan living, and light-flooded rooms. Venture downstairs to congregate for an aperitif in the sociable lounge/kitchen/diner that spills into a secluded outdoor patio space. Budding barkeepers can shake up some tipples in the glossy kitchen while their patrons perch at the island. Gather around the long feasting table and dine beneath the wicker hanging lights.       This property Has so much potential for a large group of people. The layout is perfect giving space when needed. There is everything you need and even things you didnt know you needed making the property a great holiday house. On arrival we had a delay getting in as we were sent the wrong keypad code. This was resolved within the hour and customer services were helpful. On entering the property we were delighted until we saw the large metal fence outside the back garden completely spoiling our view. Such a shame ! On our last night we returned around 8pm to discover electricity was off. On investigation this was turned off at midday and food in the freezer and fridge completely ruined. The safety of our group became a major worry as we knew the house would be in complete darkness within the hour. Very frightened children until it was resolved at 10pm. The workmen recieved a huge cheer from us all. If we had been notified in advance we could have prepared. We were advised by retallick that the owners were notified in advance and should have informed us. Communication is key and we do feel let down. The key issues we have are; not being able to use the property fully on out last night and more importantly not receiving prior warning that our view would be a building site and not as illustrated on the website photos. This we feel is misleading. Notification prior to our holiday would have been useful so that we could have reappraised our options.
