Three bed contemporary holiday home, set in a quiet development on the edge of the pretty village of Crantock with it's stunning beach and sand dunes.
Nestled in the picturesque Cornish village of Crantock, this contemporary home offers a family-friendly retreat with stylish decor, a sociable open-plan kitchen/diner and its own private garden with a raised decked terrace.
Step inside to an interior finished in neutral tones that instantly sets the scene for a relaxing holiday. The lounge welcomes you with comfortable sofas, including a double sofa bed, ideal for cosy film nights around the Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen/diner is a wonderful space, with doors opening onto the elevated decking, perfect for socialising, cooking up delightful feasts, and enjoying views of horses grazing in the nearby fields. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor. Ascend the stairs to discover the master bedroom, boasting a king-size bed and a contemporary en-suite shower room with a rainfall shower. The second bedroom offers another king-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children, featuring 3-foot bunk beds and a cotbed. A modern family bathroom completes the internal layout. For the environmentally minded, the house is heated by an eco-friendly air source heat pump.
