Slipway 14 is a fantastic, terrace holiday cottage set on the North Cornwall coast in Rock. This contemporary property is ideally suited to families who enjoy holidaying by the sea, offering a high standard of accommodation, with a reverse-level layout to truly take advantage of the stunning views across the estuary, found in the light and airy kitchen. The spacious living/dining room is an inviting space to relax after a busy day, or slide back the doors, leading to the balcony, and enjoy your drink of choice while planning your days activities. This wonderful property boasts three excellent bedrooms, a small twin on the first floor, a ground floor king-size and a twin, whilst a bathroom and a shower room are located on the ground floor, along with a utility room, perfect to store all your seaside holiday equipment. Outside there is parking for one car, and a courtyard patio area, ideal for those wishing to dine alfresco. Conveniently located near the waterfront, this wonderful property is within a short walk of the ski school, sailing club, beach, and The Mariners Pub, owned by Paul Ainsworth. With plenty of water-based activities for you to try, or if you prefer being on land, take a gentle stroll along the golden sandy beach and find the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of this picturesque seaside town. Take a 6-mile drive to the town of Wadebridge, where you will find plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and pubs, as well as a cinema and a leisure centre, providing further ease for your stay. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
