Set in the heart of Rock, with the beach, ski school, sailing club, pub, café and shops a stroll away, there’s plenty to see and do from Slipway 16. For keen golfers there is one of the finest golf courses in the Southwest, located just behind this property, with stunning sea views, whilst also a fantastic spot for ramblers looking to explore the local area on foot, with an abundance of footpaths to follow. For the watersport enthusiasts, head to the sailing club or ski school for an exhilarating day on the water, or across the estuary, is the magical fishing harbour of Padstow with its picturesque, sheltered harbour and variety of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants; a daily foot ferry runs from Rock to Padstow for ease. With a supermarket, a leisure centre, cinema and plenty of shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, you’ll also find a variety of amenities to take advantage of in nearby Wadebridge. Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.

    We had a problem during the stay but Sykes and the owner sorted this straight away. Would be happy to return. Lovely view, enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

    Great views over the estuary. Wonderful to sit on the balcony with an evening drink. Ideal location for Rock beach. Not the poshest property in town, but well maintained and great value.
